Our Troy BJJ academy offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu group classes and private lessons for beginners and experienced grapplers alike. Group classes are held Monday, Tuesday, and Friday at 5:00 PM, with Saturday morning classes at 10:00 AM. Private BJJ Lessons are done 5 days a week throughout the morning and afternoons in Troy NH and Sundays in Londonderry NH 

Students train in both Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, alternating weekly to build a complete grappling foundation. Our curriculum also includes Judo, Sambo, and Catch Wrestling, giving you practical takedowns, submissions, and real-world grappling skills.

There are no contracts at Off Your Back BJJ—training is month-to-month, flexible, and commitment-free.
