What is your Return Policy?
All Sales Are Final
Please respect the fact we are a VERY small business. We offer returns only on items that have arrived damaged. Due to limited availability of product we do not do even exchanges. IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION On SIZING, please email offyourbackbjj@gmail.com or message us on Instagram. We will gladly help you with any sizing questions before placing an order. Also we represent our sizing down to the cm with our Gi's and offer the best guidance for all products in our descriptions of the products.
TIMEFRAME ON MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
5-7 Weeks on custom orders 8 weeks on large orders quantities of over 30 items.
No business is perfect, delays happen in shipping, production etc. Customer's who cannot wait for their product can get a refund minus 15% restocking fee.
We try to meet all lead times 5-8 weeks, but again that isn't possible 100% of the time. If lead time is going to go over 7 weeks and this isn’t a custom order, just a regular branded made to order item then we can process a refund if you absolutely cannot wait.
We guarantee you WILL get your order regardless of delays.
If you cannot wait a few weeks for an item that is made to order, we would honestly rather you not order, and we can provide many brands to you where in a few days you can have a Gi or Rashguard in hand.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
Shipping / Handling time for in stock items is 72 hours. For out of stock items and items in pre-order as well as custom orders and made to order items, please expect 5-7 weeks for USA/CAN. Please be aware shipping delays do occur, material shortages can occur. If the expected lead time will go over 7 weeks we will let you know.
For BR or MX please allow an additional week. These are made in batches and quality work takes time and we appreciate your patience!
Do you offer discounts?
Please follow our IG for coupon codes and free giveaways! Also, message us on social media, catch us at the right time and you'll get some serious discounts! Also reach out to any of our brand ambassadors to get a code from them as they receive free items etc for helping us gather new customers.

Do You Do Sponsorships?
NO. As of right now we are continuing to expand our customer base. In the near future we would like to sponsor someone dedicated to BJJ, and we would choose someone who is already a customer and knows our products and believes in them. We do offer the opportunity to be a brand ambassador. Please message us only on Instagram for details.
Do you make custom rashguards and gis?
YES we can make any custom apparel in any quantity.

CAN YOU MAKE A SIZE NOT LISTED ON YOUR SITE?
Yes we can just message us on IG or email us! We can also do different size tops and bottoms so if you are an A1 Top but A2 Bottom, that isn't an issue, just reach out to us first.
